Join us to celebrate the 8th Annual National Pupusa Day party at El Tamarindo in Adams Morgan! It’s a jam-packed day filled with fun for all ages. Learn the art of making these delicious Salvadoran treats with a pupusa-making workshop for adults and kids. Or sit back and enjoy the vibes with an all-you-can-eat and drink Pupusa Pass. Free to attend!
The food, drinks, and music will be flowing all day! Karina and her Vixen Army will lead us in a free dance workout class. Our DJ will keep the party going with the hottest Latin beats and a live folk dance performance by Flor de Cafe. Jumpstart your holiday shopping with a craft market featuring Salvadoran artisanal goods.
We have teamed up with 4 local chefs to put their unique spins on traditional pupusas and we will be serving them at the restaurant during pupusa week, and on Pupusa Day. A portion of the sales from those pupusas will be donated to Hope Center for Wellness.

Pupusa Making Workshop
